1. PAYMENT

Itsmay.com accepts payments with VISA-Dankort, all VISA cards, all Mastercard cards, and MobilePay. Payment will not be charged to your account until the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK, Danish Kroner, and include VAT.

We accept payments with Anyday.
The amount will only be deducted from your card when the item is shipped.
When you choose to pay with Anyday, the first payment will be charged when the item is shipped. After that, you will pay your monthly installment on the last business day of the following month for three months.
No fees or interest will be added to your purchase as long as you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will automatically terminate.


Itsmay.com uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

2. DELIVERY

We strive to dispatch packages the same day (if the order is placed before 12:00 PM on a business day). Packages are usually delivered within 1-2 business days in Denmark. Packages in Denmark are sent with DAO. International orders are sent with DHL or the local courier in the respective country.

3. WARRANTY

The Sale of Goods Act’s deficiency rules apply to purchases.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 24-month warranty.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back, or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will cover your shipping costs using our free return method. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember to get a receipt for shipment so you can prove that the item was sent to us.

If you wish to complain about a product, you must contact our customer service at hello@itsmay.dk and send pictures that clearly show what you are complaining about. If the complaint is justified, you will be informed of the next steps in correspondence with customer service.

Returns in connection with complaints are made via a label you will receive from customer service or through the return portal.

We do not accept packages without delivery or packages sent COD.

4. RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

It is easy and quick to return or exchange your items at itsmay.com; you just need to return the item you want to exchange and place a new order on our website if you want something else.

4.1. Contact us at hello@itsmay.com to receive a return label and process your return case. Note that the return label costs 39 DKK. This amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

4.2. Make sure the products are folded and packed as you received them. Note that we reserve the right to deduct a smaller amount corresponding to the condition of the products if the above is not followed.

4.3. Attach the return label to the largest surface of the package so that it is visible and easy to read. (Note that your return label is unique and can only be used once - contact us if you have any problems).

4.4. Drop off the package at your nearest package shop.

 

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have a 14-day full right of withdrawal/return on unused items purchased in our Webshop.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. You will also not be able to access our return portal after this. If you have ordered multiple different items in one order but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item. The period means you have 14 days from receipt to access our return portal and return the products. If you send back on your own and at your own expense, you must contact us by email within 14 days. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.

The notification must be given by email at hello@itsmay.dk. In the message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

6. WITHDRAWAL OF PART OF THE PURCHASE

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

7. CONDITION OF THE ITEM WHEN YOU RETURN IT

You are only liable for any decrease in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, characteristics, and the way it works. In other words, you can try the item as you would in a physical store.

If the item is tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that on withdrawal of the purchase, you only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value. To receive the full purchase amount back, the same conditions apply as for purchase in a physical store. You may try the item, but not take it into actual use.

We recommend that you return the item in the original shipping packaging (resealable bag or resealable box). If your product(s) have special original packaging and it is missing, it may lead to a depreciation of the item.

8. REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT

If you withdraw your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is devalued, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery form than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your return.
We will refund the money with the same payment method you used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

We can withhold the payment until we have received the item unless you send us documentation that the return has been received by us.

We do not accept packages without delivery or packages sent COD.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

By using itsmay.com, you accept that we process your personal data in accordance with our data policy, which is available at the following link https://itsmay.com/pages/privacy-and-cookie-policy. We are aware of the need for appropriate protection and proper treatment

of your personal information.

11. DISCOUNT CODES

Note that discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other codes, discounts, or promotions unless otherwise stated.

12. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information includes all information that can be used to identify a person, including, but not limited to, first and last name, age, gender, home address or other physical address, email address, or other contact information, whether they pertain to the person's private residence or workplace. What personal information do we collect and process? As a rule, you can access
the website without telling us who you are or providing personal information about yourself. Itsmay.com, however, needs certain personal information to be able to trade with you and deliver news and other services to you. The company only collects the personal information that is necessary.

We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number, and email address.

The company does not collect personally identifiable information about you from third parties and does not store information about payment methods, such as card numbers on payment cards, bank account numbers, or similar.


13. WHO DO WE PASS PERSONAL INFORMATION ON TO?

Personal information provided to Itsmay.com is only disclosed to:
• The company's internal departments
• Selected and trusted third parties who can use your personal information to deliver
goods or services you have ordered
• Business partners to register and maintain your user account.

To further develop and improve itsmay.com, we keep statistics on how you use the website. The personal information is registered with Itsmay.com and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

As a registered user of Itsmay.com, you always have the right to send us your
objections to the registration. You also have the right to see what information is registered about you. These rights are granted to you under the Data Protection Act. Inquiries in this regard should be sent to: hello@itsmay.dk

14. COOKIES

The website uses "cookies," which are text files stored on your computer, mobile, or similar, with the purpose of recognizing it, remembering settings, performing statistics, and targeting ads. Cookies cannot contain harmful code such as viruses.
