Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed at itsmay.com. We recommend that you read them before you complete your purchase. If you have questions about shipping, returns, or your rights as a customer, our team is ready to help at hello@itsmay.dk.

1. Payment

At itsmay.com you can pay with VISA-Dankort, all VISA cards, all Mastercard cards, and MobilePay. All prices are shown in DKK (Danish Kroner) and include VAT. We never charge your card until your order is shipped.

You can also pay in installments with Anyday. When you choose Anyday, the first payment is charged when your order ships. After that, you pay your monthly installment on the last business day of the following month across three months. There are no fees or interest as long as you pay on time, and if you return your order, your Anyday agreement ends automatically.

itsmay.com uses an approved payment server that encrypts all card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This means your details cannot be read by anyone else.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship your order the same day when it is placed before 12:00 PM on a business day. Orders within Denmark are usually delivered within 1 to 2 business days and are sent with DAO. International orders are shipped with DHL or the local courier in your country.

3. Warranty & Complaints

The deficiency rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to all purchases. As a consumer, you have a 24-month warranty when you shop with us.

If your complaint is justified, you can have the item repaired or exchanged, get your money back, or receive a price reduction, depending on the situation. You must complain within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. A complaint made within two months of discovering the defect is always considered timely.

When a complaint is justified, we cover your shipping costs through our free return method. The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and we recommend keeping your shipping receipt as proof that the item was sent to us.

To file a complaint, contact our customer service at hello@itsmay.dk and include clear photos of the issue. If the complaint is justified, our team will guide you through the next steps. Returns linked to a complaint are handled with a label from customer service or through our return portal.

Please note that we do not accept packages sent without delivery or cash on delivery (COD).

4. Returns & Exchanges

Returning or exchanging an item at itsmay.com is quick and easy. To exchange, simply return the item you no longer want and place a new order on our website for the item you prefer.

How to return

4.1. Contact us at hello@itsmay.dk to receive a return label and start your return. The return label costs 39 DKK, which is deducted from your refund.

4.2. Make sure the products are folded and packed the same way you received them. We reserve the right to deduct a smaller amount that reflects the condition of the products if this is not followed.

4.3. Attach the return label to the largest surface of the package so it is visible and easy to scan. Each return label is unique and can only be used once, so contact us if you run into any problems.

4.4. Drop off the package at your nearest parcel shop.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have a full 14-day right of withdrawal on unused items purchased in our webshop. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item, and you will no longer be able to access our return portal after this date.

If your order contains several items delivered separately, the period starts from the day you receive the last item. Within these 14 days you can access our return portal and send the products back. If you return the items yourself and at your own expense, you must contact us by email within 14 days. If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 14 days of receiving it.

Notice must be given by email to hello@itsmay.dk. In your message, please state clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

6. Withdrawal of Part of Your Purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you are welcome to return one or more of them, even if they were bought in the same order.

7. Condition of the Item When You Return It

You are only liable for any decrease in the value of the item caused by handling beyond what is needed to determine its nature, characteristics, and how it works. In other words, you can try the item the same way you would in a physical store.

If the item is used beyond this, we consider it used, which means you may receive only part of, or none of, the purchase amount back, depending on the item's resale value. To receive the full amount back, the same conditions apply as in a physical store: you may try the item, but not take it into actual use.

We recommend returning the item in its original shipping packaging, such as the resealable bag or box. If a product has special original packaging and it is missing, this may lead to a reduction in value.

8. Refunds

When you withdraw your purchase, you get your money back. If the item has decreased in value, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day we receive your return. This excludes extra delivery costs if you chose a delivery option other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer. Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that the return is already on its way to us. We do not accept packages sent without delivery or cash on delivery (COD).

9. Complaint Options

If you have a complaint about a product purchased from us, please email hello@itsmay.dk so we can find a solution together.

10. Privacy Policy

By using itsmay.com, you accept that we process your personal data in line with our data policy, available here: https://itsmay.com/pages/privacy-and-cookie-policy. We take the protection and proper handling of your personal information seriously.

11. Discount Codes

Discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards. Discount codes cannot be combined with other codes, discounts, or promotions unless otherwise stated.

12. Personal Information

Personal information is any data that can be used to identify a person, including first and last name, age, gender, home or other physical address, email address, and other contact details, whether they relate to a private residence or a workplace.

As a rule, you can browse itsmay.com without telling us who you are. We do, however, need certain personal information to complete your order and deliver news and services to you, and we only collect what is necessary.

When you shop with us, we need your name, address, phone number, and email address. We do not collect personal information about you from third parties, and we do not store payment details such as card numbers, bank account numbers, or similar.

13. Who We Share Personal Information With

Personal information provided to itsmay.com is only shared with:

  • The company's internal departments
  • Selected and trusted third parties who use your information to deliver the goods or services you have ordered
  • Business partners who help register and maintain your user account

To keep developing and improving itsmay.com, we keep statistics on how the website is used. Personal information is registered with itsmay.com and stored for five years, after which it is deleted. We only work with data processors located in the EU or in countries that provide your information with adequate protection.

As a registered user of itsmay.com, you always have the right to object to the registration and to see what information we hold about you. These rights are granted under the Danish Data Protection Act. Inquiries can be sent to hello@itsmay.dk.

14. Cookies

This website uses cookies, which are small text files stored on your computer, phone, or similar device. They help us recognize your device, remember your settings, gather statistics, and tailor our ads. Cookies cannot contain harmful code such as viruses.
